The 3-Part Testosterone Rebuild Framework.

You don’t need motivation. You need a process that doesn’t lie.

This is the framework that rebuilt my testosterone from 297 → 865 ng/dL. It’s now helping 40- to 60-year-old CEOs across the U.S. reclaim their edge without needles or side effects.

1. Get Tested. Get Ruthless Clarity.

Most men are playing hormonal roulette… hoping deadlift PRs and overpriced supplements will save them.

They won’t.

You need a functional blood panel that tells the full story:

  • Cortisol: If it’s high, your testosterone is low. Period.

  • DHEA & Pregnenolone: Precursor hormones. If these tank, T vanishes.

  • SHBG: If it’s high, say goodbye to free testosterone.

  • LH/FSH: The brain-to-testes signal. If broken, no amount of lifting will fix it.

  • Thyroid (Free T3, RT3, TSH): Metabolic command center. Sleep, libido, and mood depend on it.

  • Cholesterol: Not the villain you’ve been told it is, it’s actually the building block of every sex hormone you need.

2. Fuel Like a Man, Not a Chemically-Neutered Soy Drone.

Modern men are overfed and malnourished. Their gut is inflamed and their testosterone is dead.

Here’s how to reverse it:

  • Eliminate all processed food. No cheat meals or compromise.

  • Front-load your day. Big breakfast, big lunch, and no dinner (yes, I did say no dinner).

  • Build meals on animal proteins. 70% of your daily nutrition must come from either meat, seafood, eggs, or raw dairy. Use fruits liberally and cooked root vegetables to maintain good digestive health.

  • Avoid snacking, calorie counting, or weighing food (neuroticism will destroy your spirit).

  • Avoid liquids during meals like the plague (game changer for digestion).

Key rules:

  • No nuts or seeds or lentils or chickpeas.

  • No plant-based dogma.

  • No fiber fads.

  • Minimize synthetic vitamins.

  • No drinking with meals (you’re diluting enzymes and ruining digestion).

  • Just meat, eggs, seafood, raw dairy (cheeses, milks, kefir, etc), fruits, and cooked root vegetables. That’s the template.

Pro tip: Most of your fatigue isn’t hormonal, it’s digestive. Fix the gut, and energy returns in days.

3. Train and Sleep Like a Man Built for War.

Training:

  • 3–4x/week. Upper/lower split.

  • Posterior-chain focus (glutes, hamstrings, rear-delts, lower traps, lats). Posture = presence.

  • Dumbbells, kettlebells + cables > machines + barbells.

  • Long periods of time under tension > volume.

  • Unilateral movements > Bilateral (big one for longevity).

  • No 5AM HIIT or fasted training or chronic cardio. Stop it.

Train for physiology, not ego. And never for social media. Do it because you owe to your best self.

Sleep:

  • Aim for quality, not duration.

  • Use mouth tape.

  • Use GABA-promoting supplements like topical magnesium, inositol, and magnolia bark.

  • Ditch blue light after sunset. Use incandescent red light, UV-A lights, or candlelight.

  • Minimize EMF by switching of your WIFI + putting phone on Airplane mode, and remove synthetic bedding (only GOTS certified linen or wool).

  • Watch the sunrise upon waking (or a 200W halogen reptile bulb) to reset your dopamine and testosterone axis.

If you’re not defending your light environment, you’re chemically neutering yourself.

Toxins Are Quietly Castrating You.

  • PFAS in cookware

  • Microplastics in water and supplements

  • Fluoride in toothpaste
