Interesting read when I was at my worst rheumatoid arthritis wise been cycling through every drug and supplement and pretty much all of the above my saving grace was a few 7 day water fasts and into a strict carnivore diet for 18months. Sorted pretty much all my issues out, inflammation so bad couldn't walk or even use cutlery/pick up a cup beforehand with all the medical advise making my condition progressively worse. I eat pretty much what I want now, 99% whole foods thou

I do!! It was funny really followed all the advise which was making me more and more ill. Fasting and carnivore was only as a hail Mary really in my logical mind it was just against pretty much all I thought i knew. It really had miraculous results in only 3-4 days, then the more I trawled the more papers and studies I read. Essentially doing a master reset and allowing my body to heal and start again!

Thought that is not bentonite clay, it is zeolite.

Absolutely NOT.

You want to eat a BALANCED diet of meats, fats, carbs, and fiber.

NOTHING you do should ever be in the extremes

Are you showing the Raw Farm as a positive example of kefir (since it is unpasteurized)? Because that’s what I’m already drinking!

Simmo's avatar

Yes. Unpasteurized is legit. Pasteurized is not.

Why yes, I would like the entire package being sold. Is it 89.95 ? I got too burned out reading this halfway through, my gut flora and mind flora got thrashed from TLDR.

How would this protocol work for SIBO with constipation? Is there a reduced stack for someone on a budget?

Interesting read. It's this a forever thing? I imagine all those supplements would add up to hundreds a month. Maybe that's what's required these days because our food supply is so polluted, though...

You did not debunk any myths. Most of the things you contend don’t work have been shown to work in clinical settings. Good luck peddling your wares.

Sure, so first, I am probably not your target audience so maybe best to ignore. But I do have a few stomach issues that I have learned to deal with successfully through diet so I ended up clicking.

Put simply, once I got to your protocol at the end their were so many steps and what I would consider “odd ingredients” that I was getting a feeling you were f*cking with me and perhaps I read the whole thing and now wasn’t sure if I was getting played or not.

Not sure how to adjust tone or simplify to avoid that, and remember I am not an early adopter around health protocols so maybe best to ignore my feedback.

Best of luck with your Substack and growing your audience.
