Great article, well done.

One more test to discover if the oil is cut with seed oil: put a small container in the fridge. Olive oil will solidify. Vegetable oil won’t.

I use consumerlab.com to Identify choices for Olive Oil as well as all supplements I take. It seems to be a Trustworthy, Reliable source of Information.

I knew there was a lot of fraud so I always read the ingredient label. It says olive oil, but clearly that's not enough. Thanks for this helpful article!

Durant Olive Mill in Oregon is home to 15 acres of olive trees and a state-of-the-art Italian mill. Buy local whenever possible!
