Jake is a business owner.
He is extremely driven and sharp.
But by 1:30pm every day… he flatlined.

He needed a major upgrade rooted in sound logic… not flimsy fads and trends.
This is what we did:
6 eggs in the morning with fruit (within 60 mins of waking)
Plenty of meat (or seafood), organs, butter, root veg and fruit for lunch
No food after 3pm
There was no calorie tracking, no weighing food, and no fake health food (your protein and collagen powders are doing you more harm than you think)
Result?
15 lbs of body fat gone
Bloating vanished
Energy returned.. and more importantly… it stayed.
Imagine how good you’d feel if you weren’t constantly negotiating your gut discomfort and stopped crashing every time you got home from work.
2. Train for Testosterone, Not Ego.
Jake’s workouts were frying him.
Lots of HIIT, random circuits and all sorts of YouTube chaos.
He was trying to burn calories instead of build dominance.
We shifted to:
3x/week upper-lower body split (less is more)
Focused on Time-Under-Tension > Volume (cheat code for looking toned)
Controlled tempo (the right breathing is key)
Unilateral movements > Bilateral (helps protect structural longevity)
Lots of nasal breathing between sets (key for preventing nervous system dysfunction)
No ego lifting with a big focus on form (heavier does not equal better)
Result?
T levels started climbing in weeks
Strength returned
Libido surged
Imagine how proud you’d feel of yourself, if the mirror didn’t always remind you of the man you could have been.
3. Detox Like a King.
Jake’s environment was his real problem.
Plastic bottles
Moldy supplements
Blue light until midnight
Tap water
Soy snacks and seed oils
We cleared it and then rebuilt it.
RO mineralized water
Clay, bitters, desiccated organs and oysters
Incandescent light and candles
Topical magnesium
Minimized all synthetics
Result?
Inflammation down
Sex drive back
Sleep deep enough to rebuild his central nervous system and feel dangerous again
Never forget.. the devil is ALWAYS in the details.
4. Reclaim Circadian Command.
Jake’s cortisol rhythm was flipped.
Wired at night and flatlined in the morning.
He wasn’t tired, he was mistrained.
We re-synced his clock:
Plenty of AM sunlight within 30 mins of waking
No food post-3pm
Blue blockers on post-sunset
Only wool/linen bedding with red tinted incandescents or candles only after 8pm
Result?
Sleep: deeper, longer, and uninterrupted
Energy: stable all day
Confidence became effortless
Too many men make the mistake of thinking healthy hormones is all about good nutrition.
It’s not.
Your light environment is equally as important.
5. Supplement Like a Strategist, Not Tech Bro.
Jake didn’t need “more.”
He needed less but better.
We removed the synthetic junk and replaced it with precision (this is not everything but some):
