While running a 7-figure company and ignoring all the BS bro-science... he rebuilt a body and health he’s proud of in under 120 days.

Because here’s the truth:

Most mainstream fitness advice isn’t built to free you. It’s built to keep you confused, dependent, and paying forever.

So we rebuilt Matt’s health and hormones from the ground up using three ridiculously simple principles:

1. Nutrition:

Our North Star was nutrient density but we also moved meal timings earlier (skipping breakfast is dumb) → steady energy and higher testosterone.

2. Movement:

Our North Star was posture-corrective but we also focused on restorative exercises → Isometrics, MFR, mainly posterior chain, plenty of unilateral movements, rotation, and sprints → Build real strength and longevity while protecting your joints (either at home or at the gym).

3. Sleep:

Our North Star was circadian health using light environment but we also focused on sleep quality (not duration), screen-hygiene, bedding materials, air quality, and natural calming aids → Sleep 7 hours consistently without 2-4 bathroom visits a night or lying wide awake at 3am.

120 days later?

• Visible abs without counting calories or macros.

• 10 lbs of muscle gained without training more than 4x a week.

• 16 hours of all-day energy reclaimed without caffeine or crutches.

• Sleep went from a broken 5 hours a night to an uninterrupted 7 hours a night without relying on pills or drugs.

And Matt’s testosterone and confidence in the bedroom and boardroom came roaring back. He finally felt present again.

And he achieved this all without apps, powders, tracking, or synthetic injections. Just proven fundamentals applied with precision.
